Trafalgar One, SW1
The award winning redevelopment of the Canadian Pacific Building on Trafalgar Square involved the conversion of dilapidated office space into a luxury block of four lateral apartments and one penthouse.
Eight Artillery Row, SW1
Eight Artillery Row created new luxury accommodation in an area that, whilst not historically associated with the prime end of the market, has experienced a surge in residential development. The project delivered twenty-one apartments and one penthouse over eight floors, located just to the south of St James’s Park in Westminster.
The Madison, E14
The Madison will create over 400 new homes, including both private and affordable accommodation, in a 53-storey landmark residential tower located just minutes from Canary Wharf. The Madison is expected to complete in 2020.
Baltimore Wharf, E14
Completed in 2016, Baltimore Wharf provides over 400 additional new homes in an iconic ‘twisting’ tower to an already established dockside residential and leisure complex just minutes from Canary Wharf. ED Group is one of four development partners on this project.
Chapter and Verse
Chapter House and Verse Building are two adjacent office buildings located one street back from Old Street Roundabout. ED Group and LBS Properties are working with renowned architects Buckley Grey Yeoman to refurbish and extend Chapter House and redevelop Verse Building, to deliver 50,000 square feet of prime office accommodation in London’s most dynamic office location.
Defoe Court is a 43,000 square feet multi-let office building located close to Old Street Roundabout. ED Group and LBS will undertake an extensive refurbishment of the building, to provide c.45,000 square feet of prime office accommodation in one of London’s most sought-after office locations.
ED Group and LBS Properties are working with leading architecture practice Hawkins\Brown to redevelop a disused, former Bingo Hall on Hackney Road into a new, high quality mixed-use building incorporating apartments and commercial space.
White Lion Street
ED Group and LBS Properties are working with a leading design team to deliver a new 36,000 square feet office scheme in Angel, London N1. Located at 65-70 White Lion Street, a three-minute walk from both the popular Upper Street and Angel underground station, the cleared freehold development site spans 0.29 acres and has planning permission for a high quality new development arranged over six floors.
225 Marsh Wall
225 Marsh Wall has been granted planning approval for redevelopment and construction of a 48-storey residential tower designed by Make Architects. The building will provide 332 new homes, including 71 affordable units. Currently it is a multi-let office building located in the area known as Marsh Wall East, immediately to the South East of Canary Wharf.
